Dear Sir/Mam,
Firstly 99 rupees were deducted, on asking to customer care they gave the reason of charges for downloading of a game but none of the game was downloaded. Then 26 rupees were deducted for message renewal charges but 3 times earlier itself I had messaged not to renew. Even then it was done. When I tried to complain it to Customer Care they were not even ready to answer my call and when they answered, I told them to make me speak to their senior. For 15 minutes they kept my call on hold which was chargeable.
Is this attitude towards a customer correct?
