Hi, I am requesting AirTel to disconnect my landline form 27th Sept. 2010. Even after surrendering all instruments and making Bill Payments, my connection have not been disconnected till now (31st Oct. 2010). They haven't disconnected the line and keep me sending the new bill. My reference / Complaint Nos are :
1219990 : dated : 27-sept
1247649 : dated : 23-oct
I don't know what to do, I am calling them daily and have even emailed them today on [email protected] and [email protected] about this and no action is been taken. Ever time they lie that I have confirmed that I don't want to disconnect My Landline. My Landline No is : 0172-4667338. I can be contacted at [email protected].
