Airtel is forcing me to replace my cordless Instrument with CLI model instead of changing or repair.
when i mailed to their [email protected]. i got the reply that the instrument is out of warranty.
when airtel receives the 'Security' of the instrument, not the 'Sale Value' initially at the time of installation besides other charges, then how could an instrument be out of warranty.
their local executives are informing off the record that the company has given the contract to ALCATEL instead of previous BETEL company, therefore the policies have changed and the user have no other option but to pay for the new instrument.
how could an end user support their this Democratic kind of 'DADAGIRI'
