I have a landline connection from airtel with ph no 0124-4234609. This has been disconnected by airtel on non-payment of "INFLATED" bill.
Actually, I have been receiving INFLATED bills since last 3-4 months. On several callseach month to customer-care, they were "waiving-off" the surcharges and I was only paying a part of the bill. They were giving the "waiver", because they admitted that "F&F" discount was not included and they gave this reason as one of the reasons for INFLATED bill.
But last month, phone connection was disconnected, citing the resaon that "waiver" was rejected.
PLEASE GO THROUGH MY TELEPHONE BILLS FOR LAST FEW MONTHS AND NOTICE THAT "F&F" DISCOUNT IS NOT BEING PROVIDED AND HENCE I RECEIVE inflated BILLS and pl. help me in restoring my connection.
