I have shifted my residence within the same city and raised a request for transfer of service to the new location where it is completely feasible and the neighbour at next door has AirTel connection as well.

The customer care is only paid to respond to emails with an automated template that has minimum details to be filled in. No specific questions get answered, even though its asked over and over again. Deadlines put forward by themselves are never adhered to. All the details are attached as a document for reference.
I am not sure how to take this forward and what is their escalation procedures. To add to the woes, BSNL does not provide service in that area as well. So there is no alternate option. Been without a landline for over a month in a new place for no reason.
