My Airtel and Land Line connection has not been working and I have not been able to register a complaint with airtel on 121, on 01144444121 and 198. At all these numbers I was told that Land Line complaint cannot be lodges here since this is the post paid section.

I am at a loss how to lodge my complaint..

The Complaint no. given to me of yesterdays long conversation is 42052925. (10-02)
