Wrongly charging for the plan

Hi,

I have put rc95 plan in Airtel prepaid connection in easy recharge and it is for internet pack in which they have announced the timing like morning 8:01 am-11:59 pm usage is 100 MB and night 12:00 - 08:00 am usage is 2 GB.when i was used after 12 also they have been charging the amount till now the airtel have been taken more than 200 rs and i had called many times to the customer care but they said tat they will credit the amount since it has been two months over they didn't pay any single paise for wrongly taken amount.so pls taken this as complaint.
