I have used airtell land line connection for about a year and found their billing on higher side not explaining the charges up front. So I decided to disconnect their services and intimated them several time that i want to disconnect. I used to get clls from innumerable call agents whose identity could never be fixed, asking me not to disconnect. I insisted that I want to disconnect and still there were a host of calls from different locations such as Bangalore, Delhi etc. I forced them to disconnect and even after disconnecting Ii received their bills.

Now I receive calls from their call agents that I have to pay money to them, and when I explain to them that the connection has been given away by me, they don’t seem to understand. They are threatening me that they will send a legal notice.

This company is operating with faceless and nameless people, with no sound processes and no personal attention is given to customers and their only goal seem to be to collect money.

Please ask them to investigate and audit their process for customer complaints and maintaining track of events when multiple no of people are handling same issue.
