I am airtel customer with also have six connections at home and I am using the CUG scheme. Since the signal in our area (Chennai &--gt; Nanganallur) is very poor, I reported to concerned airtel department. Authorities and support coordinator promise like crazy that we will fix the issue at the earliest. But no response yet. I waited for more than six months. No use. Very poor service, but can able to market like crazy and make everyone believe like the service is very excellent. Do not believe. I am withdrawing from airtel and also other connections also due to this very poor response.
