i have deposted rupees four hundred as security for postpaid connection of air tel on24th of nov with the assurance that it will be activated within 72 hrs but till date it has not been activated despite complaints to dealer ganpati telecommunication kathua and to the customer care cell of air tell on ph no 121 the moble no given to me is 9797517086
