I lodge the complaint DATED 07/02 regarding a cancellation of spl five no a two week ago but no responce. and secondly
i recharge my mobile yesterday of 120/-
today mrng my balance was 0
and day befor yesterday u debit my balance of round up 50/-
iam using airtel frm last 6 year
and this not expected frm AIRTEL
Please reversed my debited balance on urgent basis,
AND AGAIN I RECHARGED MY MOBILE OF RS 120/- AND AGAING U DEBIT MY BALANCE OF RS 70/- ON DATED08/02WHAT THIS NONCENCE AND UR CUSTMER CARE OFFICER MR yogesh and balasaheb not handling the customer well
if this will not revresed i cacelled my connection as well as i paper out this matter,
