Activation of CRI service without my consent

Dear sir,

I have made written complain to airtel customor care executive regarding activation of CRI service. I made complain for atleast 50 times and i have proof of all mail as they acknowledge the mail and take corrective action. My complain is that they activate the CRI service after every 2-3 day and i have to write them mail to stop the service. I request you to take my issue with concerned authority to get permanent solution of this problem
