Please find below the irresponsible/different replies given by the company. I'm very much affected. So, pl help me to solve the problem and also to recover money loss.

airtel to Other mobile - 0.02 paise / second

All Local and National SMS at 1/- Re.

SMS International:

SMS - Rs. 5/ SMS

Wrong Call Charge:

Thank you for your prompt and satisfactory reply. But again I found yesterday

(05/09) the call rates were ridiculous. Pl compare the tariff plan you

promised through this email and actual rates cut for every call / minute. When

I contacted customer care again they give reply beat around the bush. Pl

ensure the actual tariff plan is followed in future or else I'll have to

Dear Sir,

I have been an airtel customer since last year. As there had been no problem

in your service I was a satisfied customer of your company. But, of late, I

observed that many times some or other VAS is activated without my permission

in my account. Most of the times I noticed them and got it reversed from your

customer care after great struggles. So, somehow that activity is stopped now

but other route is followed. i.e, without any intimation the call tariff has

been changed. For every call, it is charged 1 rupee for first minute and 50

paise for every subsequent minutes. When I querried in customer care there was

no satisfaction reply.

So, I want either my old plan should be allowed to continue or I don't have

any other option of switching over to other service provider. Thank you and

waiting for your response.
