our mobile no 9905499054 witch is a reliance mob no which is held by me apx six year but at the date 20-01-12 through mnp we change it to air-tel we submitted all details and id proof but our no is closed apx 10 days again we submitted our document through air-tel sales manager of bhagalpur (amit jee) at that time after a day our no is started but after one month again our no is closed after that we again we submitted our all document at dealer point "harsh telecom" in the presence of air-tel sales manager (amit jee) he assured me that no will within two day but at that date our no is no started.
