This is regarding my mobile number 9893014167. Last month I've received a bill of 34387.84 INR. The bill says that I've used blackberry services continuously for more than 72 hours from 17th Nov till 19th Nov and during these 3 days the blackberry service bill amounts to over INR 29000. How is it possible to use the service without sleeping and eating continuously for 3 days and nights? I am using blackberry service from last 8 months and never got a bill of more than INR month. I never use blackberry for checking my emails and use it rarely for browsing. I never downloaded any software on my mobile at least during this period. My mobile’s browser record doesn't show any such extensive usage. After running around 121@airtel, nodal office and now appellate offices of Airtel for last 3 weeks, I am told today that the charges are valid. They say it's charged for browsing. I am ready to settle the bill but want them to send me a proof of what sites did I browse continuously for day and night which they say they can't. How can they bill for something which I've not used?
