Wrong Charges

Res. Sir/ Madam,

I am Rakesh Salunke, I am using Airtel mobile Post Paid connection No 09096260001. I am using this connection from last 1 year. I found that in the bill details of Nov to December. I have been charge Rs. 748 for VAS services however I have not activated any VAS service on my mobile by any mean.

I have already informed aritel cust care and Nodal officer about this and as per them these are correct bill. Could you please help to get this stuff.
