This is ref to my earlier Airtel no 9867603573 in MUmbai circle. I approached airtel outlet to close this no on 13th nov. Airtel representative accepted my application and gave me ref no 9747648.I was told the final confirmation call will come in 48 hours which did not come. What come was the letter dated 20th dec signed by Mr Amit Despande quoting some ref no that the subject no has been retained as per my wish which was completely false. I wrote a mail to [email protected] the email id mentioned in the letter to Mr amit deshpande on 23rd dec 08 for which no reply came. In fact for one month bill did not come. Then from jan 09 onwards bill again started coming and money started getting debited from my credit card. I tried to reach every other person but issue got unresolved.
On 14/04/09 i wrote to Nodalofficer. [email protected] who acknowledged the complaint but did not act on the issue.
Please let me know how to get my debited money back and close the issue as i approached this formu after reading many customers issue being resolved.
