I am using airtel mobile services from last five year and from last two year i am having airtel postpaid connection and was totally satisfied with their services and plans. Two months ago airtel provided me a scheme (value pack US, Canada and Europe @ 2.50/min) for which they charge 45 rs per month. I availed that services and was getting discounts accordingly. And my call usage was going high because the rates was nominal but this time when my bill is of more, now they are saying that they cannot provide me the discounts because you are calling on U.K mob. but i have already received the same discount earlier for same country U.k mob. when ever i am calling 121 they are just give excuses that we cannot do it and all.. i am not getting any resolution.
Can any 1 help me with this matter.
