Deactivation of mobile without Customer request

Dear

i am user of 9815260006 from last 2 years converted in to prepaid from your

Airtel office SCO - 461, Sec- 35C, Chandigarh in 2009. I met with Exective

there & on his request i convert my no. now no. got disconnected without any

Prior information.. when i visit your same office to know the reson of

deactivation my sim they said no. deleted due to non usage... I told him

Mobile no. converted with your executive consent why is no. deleted Know??? i

also told him i was abroad for 8 months how could be deactivate.. your

executive refused me to activate sim & also refuse to help me out. i have

circulated my no. to my Personal & professional relations. I want my no. back

at any cost.

I want to know that what they (your executive's) are doing in outlet if

they are not able to help the customers. i think they try to make fool
