I called at121 at 13.21, I talked with Rashi, concerned was regarding my bill, however the knowledge of Rashi was so poor. She dont know how to read bills. She wasted my 20 minutes and she was trying to fool me. She was giving me meaning less answers. I cant under stand what is happening to the services of airtel, i want call back regarding that.
