my name is suraj my mb no is 919611166118 i have send a request for portability on 1st June but your retention team executive Mrs pushpa called me on 2nd June and offer me 199 mnp plan she told me that it was activated with in 5 days means 7th June when i go to recharge 199 it shows recharge not success on your mob no then i called to customer care your customer care executive not given me proper response then i called to nodal officer no (9972534865) Mrs kavya taken the complaint the complaint no is 0607903731 she told that the problem was rectifying with in 3.30 pm on 8th June when i recharge 199 on 8th june it shows the same message then called once again nodal officer no that time your executive told that it is not possible to give mnp plane to your mb no
why you pepoule cheating customer i am not asking for 199 mnp plan you pepoule only called me and told that we are giving this plan and now you pepoule only telling it is not possible to give the mnp plan to your mb no this is heppanig 2nd time i want proper reply from you pepoule
