Wrong commitment/ Ineffecient Nodal officers

I Have a mobile connection in Ahmedabad, from customer care i had got the information that i can add a new Airtel connection to my CUG plan if the name and address dosenot match but the plan matches, I confirmed the same on the customer care 3 to 4 times On 14th June and the asked me to go to the Airtel shop for furthur formalities, on reaching Airtel shop They denied for the same and told that the information given by customer care executives were wrong!!! HOW CAN 3 TO 4 EXECUTIVES GIVE THE WRONG INFORMATION ON 198/121???

It was a commitment given by the Airtel Executives that the number can be added to my CUG Group, I complained the same on the NODAL Desk, Appelet Desk, And from there i just got a reply that "WE ARE EXTREAMLY SORRY FOR THE COMMITMENT GIVEN, BUT WE CAN NOT PROCESS THE SAME"

Its Our commitment to Aitrel that we will pay the bills on time and if we give the same excuse which they gave me I think it will work!!!

IF AIRTEL CANNOT PROCESS THE COMMITMENT GIVEN THEN WHY SHOULD WE???

I am financially hurt by their mistake!!! I had to call up Nodal and Appelet desk where i was charged! Till date i have not received any reply from Nodal Desk!!! I had lodged a complain on 20th June 10.20 am talked with Lokesh (9724534865), and was given 24 hours feedback time, on not receiving the call from the Nodal desk i called the Nodal desk again and i was told that they need some more time to check the case and asked me to wait till 12.30 wednesday i.e. 23rd June, I did not get the reply from Nodal till 24th of June then again i called up the Nodal desk at 1.33pm, again I had to give all the details to a new nodal Officer and she told me that she will get back to me within 2 hours after getting details from Lokesh still the 2 hours are not over!!!

PLEASE STOP ALL THIS NONSENSE. IF THEY CANT REVERT BACK STOP FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS BY GIVING NODAL DESK NUMBER!!!

ALSO CHECK HOW MUCH TIME DO THESE OFFICERS TAKE ON EACH CALL!!!

I want Airtel to revert all the charges for which I was charged on contacting Nodal officer and even want the third connection to be added to my existing CUG group for which i was been told by Airtel Executives.
