Rejection of Porting Request

I have been trying to port out of Airtel (post paid mobile) since March without success. Each time Airtel has give some new excuse or the other.

1) March 11. Porting ID AZ147371: Reason given "contractual obligations" with no further explanation. On further investigation I discovered that the phone, though in my name was billed to my company. Changed over to entirely in my name.

2) April 1. Porting ID AZ528841: Reason given "contractual obligations"; This turned out to be because 90 days need to pass after it is moved to my name (despite the fact that I was a customer for 6 years!).

3) June 22. Porting ID AZ929445: No reason given!

4) July 13. Porting ID AZ963821: No reason given!

5) July 29. Porting ID AZ553283: Possess a "golden number" - 98600-19996, which was issued 6 years back and where NO REQUEST was made for any special number (our company was given two numbers at that time one ending 19996 and the other 19997. How could they be 'golden"?

The last reason is absurd as I never asked for a "golden" number. How long will Airtel persists in this underhand method to retain an intensely dissatisfied customer?

Can someone in AIrtel Maharashtra please take action on this?
