Deduction of charges wrongly

Dear Sir/Madam

I have a Air Tel Sim of mobile no 9591044685 of Bangalore circle and I have recharged my mobile for Rs.249 in the last week of September for full value recharged. Also I have activated Rs 35 GPRS plan for 500 MB valid for six days. But instead for having my GPRS balance of 500MB, Air tel have debited my main account for Rs195 on 27 sep. When I approached their Delhi customer care as I was in Delhi they have given me a Bangalore STD number and I borrowed a mobile from one of my friend and called them and they charged me Rs 15 for call and assured me that the same will me refunded in 2 working days. But after few days when I again inquired from a different number they told me that this charges has been debited as my GPRS balance was less than 1MB which the company never told the customer & the employee was also very rude and was not able to give his seniors numbers and charged me Rs 10 for the call. Till date I have not received a single rupee back.

Kindly intervene in this particular issue and get my amount get reversed as they have wrongly debited my main account balance instead of debiting my GPRS account.
