Before 18/12 my airtel mobile (9732940428) call charge was Rs. 0.5/- per call (Local & STD).
But after 18/12 call charge increased as 0.6/- (mobile) & 0.9/- (landline). I called to your customer care (Ref no. – CBDCC31218313371; CWRCH21220570061; CWRCH21220544308) but they are unable to inform me any acceptable reason.
