I am not satisfied with Airtel Customer Service and want my money back

I was using this 9741600644 number since long time. on25th Dec I gave application to cancel the connection. I made settlement amount on that day itself.

It is got disconnected between 10th to 15th Jan.

The unbilled amount has been debited from my account of Rs.106.81 something on 08-jan.

After that I gave application for prepaid conversion with documents to Basaveshwar Nagar branch Bangalore. It is got activated somewhere between 17th to 18th. And I went to Pune on 20th Jan.

After that I have recharged for Rs. 333 - on 20-01 and again recharged Rs. 48 - on 21st Jan.

Now the The Airtel People what they did is that They have debited Rs. 281.82 towards Roaming charges for single day ie 20.01.2010.

the question is

1) They have not intimated me about Amount deduction from my account.

2) Even though it is given for postpaid cancellation.

3) Under prepaid connection how come they debit the amount from my account.

4) Now they are telling me that it was in Postpaid connection till 20th after that converted it in to Prepaid. How come this is possible.

5) whenever i call to this number 9972534865 it will go to caller tune. Nobody will answer for the call.

6) Most important thing is Customer service people are not ready to investigate the real situation. Everybody slipping from their responsibility.

Last thing

I want my money back that s all I need
