Complaint regaring miss behavior and not helping resoving the issues

Dear sir,

kindly request you to do the needful.

I have taken 2 Air-tel numbers which is mention below

and after using it quit a long i wanted to cancel both my number because i got the vodafone number and on 22 september i went to R.T Nagar Air-tel office and placed the request to cancel both the number so the person who was sitting there she has take both number cancellation request and asked me to clear all the payments so at that time only i payed the payment of both the number ending with 3954-amount was 274/- and the another number ending with 3953-amount was 680/- and after that she gave me only one reference number and said both number will be canceled with 2-3days time and the reference no is 28493557 and i came back, after some days time i got the collection call stating that i did not pay my bill for this number 9611103953 and the amount was some 720 or 750, so at that time only i called up to Airtel help line no and complained about the same that cancel my no as soon as possible and revers my payment so the person who received my call he transfer to his floor supervisor and i explained the same to him so that person took the request to revers the charges and cancel the number and after some days time i got the bill that charges has been reversed and the payment was some 32/- so i was quite relaxed and again after some days time i got the call from Airtel that i have the pill to pay and the amount was 650/- or 680/-, so at that time only i went to Airtel office which is there in NandiDurga road Jaymahal on 29 Jan and complaint about the same but they said that they don't take complaint and they asked me to call up to helpline number so i called up from their phone only to helpline and again i explained the same to that person who picked up the call and he said he will take the request to cancel the number as soon as possible and i said please revere my charges and moreover keep my 300/- deposit with you only and that person gave me the reference number for that complaint the reference no is 30686169 and i came back after that now this huge bill has come where in i have throughed that sim long back when i gave the first complaint to cancel both number now today again i spoke to one of the floor manager to look in to the case and i have already explained to him so he told me he will do the needful and still i don't receive any confirmation regarding my issue and cancellation of my phone no.so kindly request you to help me and sir i can not pay this much bill i can not afford to pay because i belongs to poor family kindly request you to do the needful
