Dear Sir / Madam,
I have made EC recharge on 25-Sep but the message came as recharge not successful. I have approached Airtel Customer Relationship Center Parry's. They asked me to recharge by scratch Card, I did that still the message is same. again i have approached the Airtel Customer Relationship Center Parry's. They asked me to make a call from the phone which kept for customer.
I made a call asper the officer instruction, on the call on that day itself (25-Sep) the customer service officer confirmed that they registered my Complaint and the same will be rectified with in 28-Sep,
27-Sep a gentlemen called me for the registered complaint, and he asking the details again and he given the TAT time for next 24hrs, after his call Airtel sent a SMS stating that we have replied on your query, which not rectified.
I sent email to [email protected] to know the status, they send a acknowledgment mail and a customer care people calling me and providing the 24hrs TAT time after that a SMS came to my mobile stating that we have replied on your query.
This is what happening whenever I sent email to the Airtel. Till the date (06-Oct) the same is not rectified.
I expect your suggestion on this or expect your instruction to file the case against Airtel
