I am facing covergae issues with my airtel mobile connection, this issue has been present from the past 3 years, though we raised a complaint 2 years ago, the issue was not resolved because of which we have ported our connections to other service providers.
I have recently moved back to airtel, but the same problem still exists. I have raised complaints but the issue has not been resolved.
Can you please help me out with this because, I am simply paying airtel for using none of its services.
Also can you make sure that the company gets back to me with atleast some information of what the current issue is.
