Top up has been done from the bank accout. Transaction has been succesfull. I have got the transaction reference number for the same too. The problem is " the amount deducted from the bank account is not yet credited to my mobile number" The problem happened two days back.
the same problem was addressed to the Customer care, for which i have got the reference number too. The supervisor has said that the amount will be credited in 48 hours. Even though the 48 hours are over,
the amount is not yet credited to my mobile. Top was done on 20-Feb. time arround 12pm.

Rs 50 Rs. 50 .

what could be the possible solution for the problem from Airtel?
Similarly many others have also faced same problem, and i would like to add "Customer care service regarding the same is very Bad".
