Airtel not sending UPC code

Hello,

My Airtel mobile no is 8427005157 and I am staying in Mohali punjab. I wish to switch to Vodafone due to Airtel poor service and zero customer care (unethical practices).

I sent PORT 8427005157 to 1900 many times but I am not receiving UPC code which needed for MNP

.
