I had to live with Airtel's pathetic service and uneducated bunch of customer service executives for 2 years. I used to get no network in Wakad and I raised several complaints only to find that they have closed it saying "fixed" without even confirming with me. I called their nodal office and the phone there is never picked up. I couldnet get a new service since I had given this number for all my communication purposes.
After MNP came I shifted to vodafone. I have paid all the bills but still their customer service executives are harassing me saying that my service will be stopped by vodafone since they have complained that I have not paid my bill. Even after several requests and also sharing the scanned copy of bill payment receipt they are not ready to give up.
A very shameful service. My biggest mistake in life that I opted for Airtel connection. I wonder when I can get a relief from this Airtel ghost.
Their advertisement campaign "Dil jo chahe paas laye" has a hidden meaning which is "They can do whatever they want."
