No Minimum Offers

Dear Sir,

As i am using Airtel more than 3 years, they are not providing minimum special offers. Even i make the complaint to Nodal Office & Customer care. But they giving maximum amount of recharge offers. In order to change the portal they said to give the offer.but yet i not received the minimum offers. But my friends & family members getting special offers every week.
