First complaint is regarding cheating in the name of special offer. I received msg about New Year Gift regarding 600 200 minutes of talktime on recharge of Rs. 197. I recharged for Rs 197 on Jan 24 (transID 972870116). The above msg continued to be received by me till 26th. Now the special/secondary balance was being deducted for a few days and then deduction is being made from primary balance. Where did the secondary go? The msg states validity 30 days.

Second complaint is regarding tariff rate plans for Rs 23. They say the plan will be there for 180 days. I recharged with Rs 23 on October 19. Now I got a msg on Feb 1 that my 'per second' tariff is going to expire in 2 days. Can anybody calculate 180 days between Oct 19 and Feb 3?

Is there any way to speak to customer care? The automated system is only a nuisance.
