I have recently ported my GSM mobile number from Reliance to Airtel submitting proper documents. My network got changed without any problem. After 4 days I switched my network, I received a message from AIRTEL saying 'Documents have not been submitted. Then I went to retailer and resubmitted my documents. But I kept receiving same messages from AIRTEL. Then they barred my out going calls. After one week they barred my incoming too. DailyI am going to retailer. No use. It has been almost 20 days. They have almost wasted my number. Still going behind them.
Very poor customer service from AIRTEL.
No proper response for anything.
