Airtel Mobile Sim Prepaid connection
Network Problem

Hello consumer court,

I am Ravi Kumar Verma.i am software developer, i am staying in Pune (M.H.),

i want to complain about airtel service provider regarding network.i am using airtel prepaid connection from 3 years, now from December i just shifted my room in wadgaonsheri Pune, here i face that network issues, i have so approx. 10 times call to airtel customer care service, every-time they replied that your problem have been solved, we check that area and your problem has solved, but when i check they not solved my problem, after frustrated this issues, i plan to portable airtel to vodaphone then i request to airtel that do my portablity request accept, they reject my portability request and said me that in two days we resolved your problem, but there is no solution

i want to resolve this problem or i want to case to airtel service provider,
