Cannot deactivate from AIRTEL mobile TV

i downloaded AIRTEL mobile TV app on my NOKIA E63, & while browsing the channel packages i accidentally subscribed to one of the packages ie

All channels pack @Rs. 40/week for 20 min.

without any messages Rs. 40 was deducted from my balance.

When i tried to unsubscribe immediately i couldn't find any option of unsubscribing. I tried sending message UNSUB to 54321 many times but with no results.

i removed the application that very day, but on sunday 24th april, Rs. 40 was deducted from my Airtel mobile automatically.

when i called Airtel customer care they said they cannot do anything & that i should go to Apalya.com site & unsubscribe from there itself.

But there is no option of unsubscribe or deactivating the service anywhere in Apalya.com site.

i want you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I cannot keep on losing Rs.40/week for application that i dont use.
