This is to inform you i activated sms pack on 1/7 on my no.8757373005, but not working from 2/7, i inform and complaind costumer support many time but they did not solve my problem.on 2/7 at 2-3pm sinear costmer suppoter tel me that problem has been sortly or 5/7 and complain no.given sortly, but they can not given any no.and not solve my problem.i recive one sms from AK-AIRCCM at 01;13 pm on 04/07 your service request no-cwrch30702540999 has been resolved.wetried contacting you and were not able to contact you. so iam mentaly and welthaly harass from few dayes, kaindly requested you to take action against my complain.
