Illegal deduction of money

Sir,

I have a prepaid connection of Airtel mobile no 9860275327. Four days back my 50 rs got deducted from my account. I informed to customer care several times but still i didn't recieve my money. Now whenever i call customer care my call is not transfered to customer care executive.
