GPRS opted once but amount deducted twice

I went to Airtel relationship center at pandeshwar Manglore on 31.05.11 and got my mobile recharged for

Rs, 210.00.Later on I used the option *567*14# for gprs connection for Rs.98.00, for 2GB .Bur Airtel deducted Rs.196.00 and allotted 5GB. I contacted call center at 121, but they are not bothered to rectify the mistake. I want either transfer of Rs.98.00 to talk value or increase the validity of GPRS by two months.
