Dear Sir/Madam, this is with reagrd to service quality of
airtel being extended to its customers. Myself is Rajesh Sharma. I had been
using an airtel post paid number 9816261916 since 2007 in Shimla. since i had
to move out to other state hence i closed this number as per your process and
cleared my dues fully. i had submitted a security amount at that time rs 500/-
and while paying final amt for this number by mistake i had made excess
payment of rs. 303 (approx). at that time a approached customer care and i
was told within 7 days you will receive your money back including SD amt. it
was approx 20th July. since then i have been following up with customer
care for my payment back but all invain. 1. i was told firstly you will
receive chq in my chandigarh address which i had provided to c care
executive. 2. after few days i came to know after enquiring that it was sent
to my Shimla address and then i again asked why it was sent to that address
since no one was residing at that address 3 then my chandigarh address was
again taken and told that you will received chq on this address 4 then i was
told after enquiring that unfortunately you have not received at your
chandigarh address and we wil send again. 5 then i enquired again after
timeframe i was given and then i was told that it can not be sent to your
chandigarh address hence you need to collect it from shimla airtel showroom
**** some address was given like airtel archade etc... on or after 13th
september 6 when i sent my person to that place then he was told that it takes
90 days hence come after that much time. i would like to have answers to
below questions pl. 1. when i was a platinum cat customer in shimla why i was
not told that you move to any state and with same account number and diff
mobile number you can continue as i had explained the reason to discontinue
number. 2. i have never received any call back from airtel end with regard to
my payment refund but every time i was told you will receive a call back on
new number (i had given) and many times i was given a new ref/call number 3
how airtel can close one call in system if it reallyu has not been addressed
and closed 4 qhen i can get my moneyback.
till date my complaint have not been reolved.
