Poor Customer Service

I have been using Airtel Postpaid for the past 3 years or so. An excellent product but poorest customer service.

I wanted to change my Mobile number for personal reasons and approached the Customer care, who told the process will be completed in just 6 Hrs.

So I went to Thrissur Airtel Office near HDFC Bank and gave a written request with the new number and the necessary amount for the process.

The guy at the airtel office was telling that the process will be taking about Four days to complete. So I immediately contacted the customer care who told the process would not take more than 6 six hours not need to worry.

Even after 24 hours the number did not change, what a hell is going on at airtel, the higher authorities are not aware of this incompetent staffs.

Please act now or else you will be loosing a good amount of your customers to other Mobile companies.

I need my number changed at the earliest.
