False Billing charges

Hi Sir,

have been facing a serious problem with my Airtel post paid connection billing. Every month they are charging me Rs 120/- reg registering a Wap service called GamesClub.in

For the past four months i have been receiving SMS from Airtel 54321 saying -

"Thanks for subscribing GamesClub.in. You've been charged Rs.30. Enjoy http://gclub.in"

and

"You have been renewed for GamesClub subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 30. "

I am receiving 4 such sms every month. so totally, they were adding extra Rs 120/- in my bill every month.

This comes in SMS-Others category of my detailed bill.

Every month i will be calling Airtel Customer Care and registering complaints against this issue and they did apologized me in the beginning and assured me that this will be repeated and told me that this amount will be adjusted in the next month bill.

For one month they did like that, but later whenever i call them and say about this, they will say like - "We will raise waiver for this madam!! "

I do not know what actions they have taken, none of the things have changed..It continues till this month.

So i stopped calling them and this month i have directly gone to the Airtel Showroom at Annanagar, Chennai and explained them the issue.

I demand an explanation for the happenings and immediete discontinuation of the specific service from my mobile.

The showroom manager assures me, the service will be immedietly and will be sending an e-mail to the orresponding team to adjust the amt in my next bill. And he asked me to pay the remaining amount in my due.(I was charged Rs 240/- extra for tat sms) I did pay the remaining before my due date but till now am getting calls from airtel customer care asking me to pay the remaining due Rs 240/- (tat sms charges).

Even after explaining the problem, they are not accepting their faults and threatening me to pay the remaining amt. An executive (girl) called in the morning and i told her i was instructed by the Airtel office guy not to pay the Rs 240/- and he would have sent an e-mail to the corresponding team and i ask her to search for it. Also i did tell her i will be going to that same office and get it cleared. She kept the phone then.

But in another one hour i got a call from same number and a different executive called me and he asked me to pay the bill in a rude manner. He was not listening to my problem and when i asked him to cross check the complaints/queries raised on behalf of my number, he replied in a very rude manner saying its not my job and u need to go and get if you want.

In my life time, i have never seen or heard of this kinda worst Customer Service anywhere.

They are not finding any values in thier customer and not listening to their problems.

I request the respective officials to take some rigoruous actions against this forgery. And please let me know where i can register a legal complaint against this service provider, if required.

Kindly accept this as my complaint and do neccessary actions so that they wont keep cheating other customers.
