I was abroad and roaming in the US for 2 weeks last month. Upon my return, on my bill was noted 25 outgoing SMS during the roaming period, all to 919831029007, the Kolkata SMS center, sometimes 3 per day, totaling Rs 390.99. However, not once did I place an outgoing SMS call while I was abroad. What is going on?
