Duplicate SIM not Activated

My Mobile # 98451 91700 - Postpaid Connection.

Since I lost my mobile, I got a duplicated SIM card on Saturday, 31st July. I had been told that the SIM card will be activated in 4 hours time.

Today, its 2nd August and its still not be activated. I visited the Airtel Shop couple of times in Vidyaranyapura. When ever I go there, they said the same thing. It will be activated in 2 hours.

Also, I tried calling the customer care number from another post paid connection on 9845012345, the representatvie tells it will be activated in 4 hours but, no change happened till now.

I am very frustrated with Airtel's customer service. I am missing so many important calls.
