Extra Rs.800 billed to my ac

Hi,

I am using the current Airtel number for past ~6 years (4 yrs as Prepaid, and 2 yrs as Postpaid). Till now my bill used to be around Rs.450 - 500. But for month of April the bill amount has suddenly shoot up to Rs.1318 with an extra Value Added Service charge of Rs.882. I wrote an email to Airtel, but there was no response for almost 8-10 days. Calling the customer care executive they told me that I have used Airtel Live. However, I have never downloaded any data from Airtel Live. I already have 24x7 internet broadband connect at home and office, why should I use Airtel Live for Rs.882.

Airtel has been irresponsible for their customers, and their queries. Since the time speaking to customer care has been made paid, they waste lots of time, by keeping the customers on hold for 10-15min. It is not about 50 paisa/3min, but about customer's valuable time.

Can anyone let me know how can I proceed with this complaint to get my legible bill amount, and not pay Rs.882 extra.
