My Airtel Postpaid connection no. is 9872860100. My bill is not delivered to the address given by me. But a call from airtel customer-care tells me that my bill is pending and my connection will be disconnected if the bill was not paid in time. Once a courrier company franchisee, who did not tell his and his company name, said that they receive my bill every month but as my house is at some distance from his office so he can not deliver for a few rupee. But it is the duty of the Airtel to deliver my bill at my doorstep at any cost. My telephonic requests to Airtel Customer care are proved useless. Airtel should be directed to deliver my bill at my doorstep.
