Wrong interpretation of unbilled amount

Sir,

i am user of airtel post paid from aug. My no. is 9840569214. My last unbilled amount as given by airtel is Rs6749 which in any case is not possible. I enquired regarding that with your customer care executive. He told me that its because of usage of internet on mobile, but i had activated Rs149 (2GB) plan on my no. on 2nd of october, which was deactivated by yourself on 3rd of october without any intimation to me and instead of that you activated Rs98 (1GB) plan on my account. When I later came to knew about the 1GB plan i made a complaint regarding that on service request no. 39918568, but deactivated both the plans and counted my internet usage at 10paisa/10kb, Which means for nearly 780 MB you charged me Rs7800 . This 780MB should come under my Rs149 plan.

My bill should accomodate only the following things : 1) monthly rental

2) call charges

3) Rs149 GPRS plan

4) taxes on the above amount

I had a made a complaint against this on service request no. 40021372. I hope suitable action we will taken by you and i will get my revised unbilled amount based on the above for transactions.
