Harresment and not activating postpaid new connection

Dear sir,

my self ansari yusuf using 9004770000 a premium number i was going to port my number to vadafone but they have been promised to give a new number similarly to this and said me to cancel your port procedures i agreed to them and they issued me a sim card and took all the relevant documents but 10 days has passes till now they didnt activated the number which is 9004790000 which they promised . and on the 11 day they said ur request has been cancelled instead of visiting several times the lower parel gallary people harresed me and at the end said me we cant help you...

i dont know what kind of staff they have and there is no one to solve my problem i have a sim card which is still not activated and a receipt of rs 300 deposite
