Hi,

I have converted my old prepaid Airtel no to new Postpaid having no 9890740138. As i am cognizant employee. They have offered a corporate plan. The plan is of 149 rental with 49 discount..300min free... CUG TO CUG FREE and daily 10 SMS free.

The card is started from 16th may (20 days from today).

But today they (airtel company) callled me and told me that I have overcrossed the limiy of 1000/- and my unbilled amount is 1029/-...so i have to pay 700/-rs to continue the service.

But i havent use that much, Its impossible to use 1000 in 15 days only..I havent started any paid servises from airtel. I have called their customer care and asked for call details .but they arent able to give that information. Also I told them to send me info via mail..but they cant.

According to them, the credit limit is of 1000. And i have crossed it... But 1029-1000=29 rs is overcrossed. But i dont understand why they are telling me to pay 700 rs. means for 29 rs... i have to pay 700 rs..

Also the bill is generated on 16th of every month..

I want to know how the amount is crossed 1000 with FULL DETAILS. And HOW they ASKED ME FOR 700 rs.
